About Rhocash

Why finance work feels harder than it should

Finance teams spend most of their time dealing with work they didn't create.

Expenses happen on the road. Invoices come from vendors in different formats and languages. Approvals get handled in emails and group chats.

By the time this reaches a finance system, someone is expected to turn it into clean, auditable books every month, under tight deadlines.

The problem isn't discipline or effort.
It's that most finance software assumes structure that no longer exists.

Rhocash is built to deal with that reality.

Core Design Principles

Systems should be designed for real inputs, not ideal ones

Work enters finance systems through conversations, documents, and human decisions. Designing for perfect structure guarantees downstream cleanup.

Controls exist to prevent problems, not surface them later

Controls that act after submission create friction and rework. Well-designed controls operate before errors become finance's responsibility.

Reconciliation is a signal of lost context

When reconciliation becomes routine, it indicates a design failure upstream. Automation should eliminate reconciliation, not optimize for it.

Finance time is decision time

Every hour spent matching paperwork is an hour taken away from analysis and judgment. Systems should protect finance teams' attention.

Founding Team

Rhocash was founded by Rohan Mishra, whose experience spans enterprise software and sales, applied AI and machine learning, and operating financial infrastructure at scale.

At Google, he contributed to Google One growth initiatives during a high-growth phase, leading global launches used by over a billion users, including a launch that drove the largest single increase in subscription growth in the product's history.

Through building and scaling production systems alongside finance and operations teams, the same failure mode kept appearing. Growth consistently pushed more reconciliation and cleanup work onto finance. Rhocash started from that frustration, with a simple goal: redesign finance automation so reconciliation is no longer the default.

Earlier in his career, Rohan built low-level image and audio codecs on TI C64x and ARM Cortex-based multimedia chipsets, shipping production software to millions of users across Southeast Asia. He also worked in actuarial consulting, supporting pricing functions for a London-based property and casualty insurer.

Built for finance teams operating in the real world

Rhocash is designed for teams working at scale across vendors, regions, and languages, where unstructured inputs are normal.

If your finance team spends more time reconciling than analyzing, Rhocash is built for you.
